We’ve been there. As HR leaders, we have scaled start-ups from 80 to 300 and Big Tech sites from 180 to 5000 people. We have many years of experience designing job ladders, HR processes & leadership programs for all levels. For example, we built the first leadership program for engineers in Google Europe. We are certified coaches and trained facilitators.
